1. Scope

This policy applies to the KHAADI NET mobile application, including its fashion catalogue, product browsing, search, favorites, shopping bag, local order records, profile, contact, settings and help features.

2. Information Stored Locally

The App may allow you to enter or save the following information on your device:

• Name
• Email address
• Delivery address
• Favorite products
• Shopping bag items
• Local order records
• Search history
• Onboarding preference

This information is stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. KHAADI NET does not operate an app backend that receives or stores these local records.

3. How Local Information Is Used

Local information is used only to provide App features, including remembering your favorites, showing your bag, preparing local order records, saving your profile details, and improving your in-App browsing experience.

4. Internet and Product Images

The App may use an internet connection to display fashion and product images supplied through Unsplash. When an image is requested, Unsplash or its delivery partners may receive ordinary technical information required to provide the image, such as your IP address and device or browser request information. This activity is governed by Unsplash's own privacy practices.

The App does not use the internet connection to send your profile, favorites, shopping bag, search history or local order data to KHAADI NET.

5. No Accounts, Analytics or Advertising

KHAADI NET does not require account registration or login. The App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, behavioral tracking, push notifications, location tracking, or background tracking services.

6. Payments and Orders

The App is a fashion catalogue with locally stored shopping-bag and order-record features. It does not process card payments, bank details, mobile wallet details, or any other financial credentials.

If you contact us by email, your email service provider's privacy policy will apply to that communication.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Local App data remains on your device until you remove it, clear the App's storage through Android settings, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App generally removes its locally stored SharedPreferences data from your device.

8. Data Sharing

KHAADI NET does not sell, rent, trade or share your local App data with advertisers or third parties. We do not collect your local profile, favorites, shopping-bag items or order records through an App server.

9. Children's Privacy

KHAADI NET is a general fashion catalogue and is not directed to children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may open your device's email application when you choose to contact support. Any third-party application, website, email provider, image provider or service that you independently access is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features or data practices change. The updated version will be made available with the App or through the relevant distribution listing.
